21/06-1 APOLOGIES AND REASONS FOR ABSENCE
There were none.
21/06-2 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
There were none.
21/06-3 PUBLIC FORUM
There were no matters raised by the public.
21/06-4 FINANCIAL MATTERS
The Year End Income and Expenditure report, the Variance Report and the Bank Reconciliation for 2020/21 were resolved as correct as proposed by Cllr Green, seconded by Cllr Lillywhite and all were in favour.
The Annual Governance and Accounting Return documents for 2020/21 were presented to the Council for approval.
The Internal Auditors Report and Recommendations 2020/21 was noted. The Asset Register and the Risk Register/Assessment needed updating, these would be brought back to a future meeting. It was resolved to approve as proposed by Cllr Green, seconded by Cllr Gregson and all were in favour.
It was resolved to approve the Certificate of Exemption 2020/21, the Annual Governance Statement 2020/21 and the Accounting Statement 2020/21, as proposed by Cllr Green, seconded by Cllr Thompson and all were in favour
The Clerk will now put the finance details on the web and start the Notice of Public Rights period for 2020/21.

Location of proposal: Sycamore Barn, Spridlington Road, Faldingworth, Market Rasen, Lincolnshire, LN8 3SQ
Description of proposal: Planning application for a detached garage
Cllr Green proposed that no comments be raised, seconded by Cllr Lillywhite and all were in favour.
