- To receive apologies and reasons for absence.
- To elect a new Chair following the resignation of Cllr Howard
- To receive Declarations of Interest on any item on the Agenda.
Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting.
- To receive reports from representatives on outside bodies, taking any required action.
- To resolve to suspend the meeting to allow no more than 5 minutes of public forum.
- Notes of the Parish Council meetings held on:
20th January 2021 to be approved and signed as minutes.
- Financial Matters
- To approve the Statement of accounts and bank reconciliations to date
- To consider LALC membership for 2021/22 at a cost of £158.26
- To consider joining the LALC training scheme for 2021/22 at a cost of £102
- To approve accounts for payment.
- To confirm that the notice of vacancy on the Council has been signed and displayed as required
- To consider information received concerning the closure of Post Office Services
- To arrange for any changes required to insurance to be identified and brought to the next meeting prior to renewal
- To consider an idea for planting wildflowers in a section of the Play Area
- To consider moving into closed session - further actions required following the resignation of the Clerk/RFO including considering Councillors taking on the role of Acting Clerk/RFO until a replacement is recruited.
