  1. To receive apologies and reasons for absence.
     
  2. To receive Declarations of Interest on any item on the Agenda.
    Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting.
     
  3. To receive reports from representatives on outside bodies, taking any required action.
     
  4. To resolve to suspend the meeting to allow no more than 5 minutes of public forum.
     
  5. Notes of the Parish Council meetings held on:
    24th November 2020 to be approved and signed as minutes.
     
  6. Financial Matters
  1. To approve the Statement of accounts and bank reconciliations to date
  2. To approve accounts for payment.
  3. To consider any additional requirements for grass cutting during 2021
  4. To consider any additional proposals for 2021 that may impact on the budget
  5. To consider the proposed budget and precept for 2021/22.
  6. To complete the precept request to be sent to WLDC
     
  1. To acknowledge the Sustainability Climate Change and Environment Strategy received from WLDC
     
  2. To consider the West Lindsey Green Spaces Fund
     
  3. To consider communication with County Councillor
     
  4. Correspondence - as per list.
    To note correspondence received.
     
  5. Planning Matters.
    Planning Applications, Consents and Refusals received by the Parish Council
    To acknowledge the granting of planning permission and officer’s report for application 141854.  Creation of agricultural access land. Orchard Farm, Spridlington Road, Faldingworth
     
  6. Any urgent items for discussion.
    Matters can be discussed and may become future agenda items.  Items will only be taken if notified to the Chairman or Clerk 24 hours prior to the meeting.
