A meeting will be held on Wednesday 20 November 2019 commencing at 7.30pm in the Memorial Hall, Faldingworth.  The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed on the attached agenda.

The meeting is open to the public and during the meeting there will be a 15-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council in relation to the business on the agenda.

1.   To receive apologies and reasons for absence.

2.   To receive Declarations of Interest on any item on the Agenda.

Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting.

3.   To receive reports from representatives on outside bodies, taking any required action.

4.   To resolve to suspend the meeting to allow no more than 15 minutes of public forum.

5.   Notes of the Parish Council meetings held on:

18 September 2019 and to be approved and signed as minutes.

6.   Chair’s Report.

7.   Clerk’s Report.

8.   To consider forming an Events Committee

9.   To consider a request for use of the Playing Field for a VE Day 75th Anniversary event on 08.05.2020

10.   To appoint a severe weather co-ordinator

11.   To consider any Highways matters

12.   To report on any updates from the annual village inspection including the risk assessment for maintaining the Speed Indicator Device

iv.   To consider the grass cutting quote for 2020

v.   To consider the proposed budget and precept for 2020/21.

vi.   To complete the precept estimate to be sent to WLDC
