An extraordinary Parish Council meeting will be held on Tuesday 18 June 2019 commencing at 7pm in the Memorial Hall, Faldingworth. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed on the attached agenda.

AGENDA
1. To receive apologies and reasons for absence.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest on any item on the Agenda.
Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting.
3. To resolve to suspend the meeting to allow no more than 10 minutes of public forum.
4. To review the total cost of the fence replacement and lowering the hedge, including removing all cut and vandalised sections, to the side of the play area.
5. To consider a response to proposed change to the speed limit to 40mph on entering the village on the A46 from Lincoln.
