A meeting will be held on Wednesday 20 March 2019 commencing immediately after the Annual Parish Council meeting, which is at 7.30pm in the Memorial Hall, Faldingworth. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed on the attached agenda.
The meeting is open to the public and during the meeting there will be a 15-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council in relation to the business on the agenda.
AGENDA
1. To receive apologies and reasons for absence.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest on any item on the Agenda.
Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting.
3. To receive reports from representatives on outside bodies, taking any required action.
4. To resolve to suspend the meeting to allow no more than 15 minutes of public forum.
5. Notes of the Parish Council meeting held on:
16 January 2019 to be approved and signed as minutes.
6. Financial Matters.
i. To approve the Statement of accounts and bank reconciliations to date
ii. To approve accounts for payment.
7. Chair’s Report.
8. Clerk’s Report.
9. To report on damage to the play area hedge and consider proposals for maintaining the security of the play area.
10. To consider any feedback regarding correspondence on speed control in the parish.
11. To consider any possible further actions following a complaint from a resident about dog mess on the playing field.
12. To consider a request from the Memorial Hall committee to hold a barbecue on the Memorial Hall carpark.
